So, what exactly is Magnetic Sponsoring?  Magnetic Sponsoring is an e-book created by Mike Dillard that explains the concept of attraction marketing.  Mike Dillard provides the first step in MLM training by explaining how YOU are the key to your success.  And how you brand yourself will determine how likely you are to ATTRACT prospects to YOU rather than chasing them down.

Through Magnetic Sponsoring, Mike Dillard breaks down the reasons so many network marketers fail and how they can turn their failing MLM business into an MLM success.  One of the reasons so many network marketers fail is because their MLM training consists of chasing down friends, family and business associates.  Then, when you’ve alienated enough people on this list (aka the NFL list-“No Friends Left”), you are told that the solution to this MLM recruiting problem is to turn a “cold market” into a “warm market”.  And the vicious cycle starts all over again.
